Abstract

According to the "Izvestiya SFedU. Engineering Sciences" Editorial decision the given article is retracted due to the fact it is 69,47 % coincides to article "Construction of the automated design systems based on service-oriented architecture" by G.D. Dmitrievich, D.A. Anisimov, Proceedings of Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University Journal No. 2/2014.
